Looking back on my life, I can see that in some ways I was quite fortunate. I was able to turn my hobby of record collecting, into a vocation, working at record stores, which led to being able to do radio shows. I have always surrounded myself with music and with people that also had an interest in music. 

Which leads to me to todays show...in some ways, this eclectic mix resembles a mix tape I might have made for someone I might have met casually while working at a record store. I did that sort of thing fairly often, got into conversations with customers about one record or another, and sometimes it led to me giving them a mixtape the next time they came to the store.
