In Part 2 of ‘The Killing of Fouad Kaady, KBOO reporter Don Wolfe continues his examination of the cover up by police and the media.The case of Fouad Kaady has been described by  the civil rights leaders as Oregon’s most horrific police shooting. Kaady was a burn victim who was tasered, then shot by Sandy police.Information has recently surfaced about the 2007 arrest of one of the officers involved in the killing.That information raises new questions about the 2006 acquittal of the officers by a Clackamas County Grand J In Part 3 of this ongoing series, KBOO will explore the Grand Jury process and an ongoing effort to have the officers responsible prosecuted under federal civil rights laws by the Justice Department
