The Social Security sends letters to employers when names and social security numbers fail to match. Recently, the Department of Homeland Security, or DHS, has gotten involved. A court order has restrained the DHS, who now is floating a new set of rules. Ethan Scarl spoke with Aeryca Steinbauer of CAUSA The public has until April 25th to comment on the new rules.
