Last month the Washington Post reported that Peace Corp volunteer,  Jeremiah Johnson, was discharged from the agency after Being diagnosed as HIV-positive.  <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office">

the  Peace Corps has a policy  that terminates  HIV-positive volunteers without an individualized assessment as to whether they are able to serve with reasonable accommodation.
