This Week on Transpositive PDX
Tuesday, April 2nd at 6:00pm on
KBOO Community Radio 90.7 fm
in Portland or online at kboo.fm
Join co-hosts Jean Bryant, Nicolette Schweizer and guest host Nico Sera as we talk about HAIR!
Whether you’re an E based life-form, a T based life-form, or surfing the waves in-between, you’ll find something of interest in this show about hair. We all have it…. But most of us want to change it one way or another. We’re not talking about styling it. We’re talking about the science, technologies, and business of everything from growing it, moving it, losing it, to trying to get rid of it when and where we don’t want it.
Along with our in-studio discussion we’ll be featuring pre-recorded interview pieces with Vice-President Barbara Failing of the Oregon Electrology Association, and GRS Surgeons Toby Meltzer and Ellie Zara Ley.
Transpositive is a monthly program in Portland exploring themes important to those who identify as Transgender, Gender Non Binary and Gender Non-Conforming. Transpositive tries to connect listeners with the ongoing activist, arts, culture, and dialogue happening in Portland and beyond. Transpositive plays on the first Tuesday of every month on KBOO radio in Portland, Oregon.
