A settlement has been reached between Portland General Electric and customers who were overcharged in connection with the Trojan nuclear power plant.
After the plant was decommissioned in 1993, customers continued to be charged by PGE for the company’s profits on the plant.
KBOO’s Jenka Soderberg spoke with attorney Dan Meek, who filed the lawsuit against PGE:
