Oregon ranks nearly last in the nation for access to drug treatment, yet about one in 11 people in Oregon suffer from a substance abuse disorder. If Oregonians pass IP44, it will use funds from Oregon’s existing marijuana tax to expand access to treatment and recovery services instead of arresting people for low level possession of drugs.
