NEW INCENTIVES FOR TURNING WASTE INTO ENERGY

Three new Oregon biomass projects are receiving federal Recovery Act money to get them up and running by early 2012. These incentives are seen with positive eyes, not only for locally generated power, but healthier forests, cleaner air, and job incentives for these counties.
