Fall Membership Drive Special: Tracy Grammer Live on Cascadia Coffeehouse
To kick off the Fall Membership Drive on Friday September 9, Tracy Grammer will join me live on Cascadia Coffeehouse from 6 am to 7 am. Tracy Grammer rose to acclaim as half of the "postmodern, mythic American folk" duo, Dave Carter & Tracy Grammer. From 1998-2001, the duo released three internationally celebrated, folk chart-topping albums. Tracy has continued touring after Dave Carter's untimely death in 2002, celebrating Dave's legacy while showcasing her own considerable songwriting talent. We'll chat about Dave Carter, tracy's emergence as a songwriter, and Tracy's memoir-in-progress, and hear some live music. We will offer tickets to Tracy's show at the Alberta Rose Theater Friday September 9 for a $75 new or renewing membership.
